The NFL agreed to commercial breaks because it gave the teams a free time-out, not charged to either team.
I think football might be a bit more interesting if there were no TV time outs. Start the clock and let it run as long as the ball does not go out of bounds. If it appears that players are purposely throwing, kicking or running out of bounds, time outs are removed from a teams total, if teams are out of time outs, points are deducted from the score.

Football, i don't see any point wasting time listening to politicians lie, make excuses and talk about how they will improve everything for us when all they really want is more money in their own pockets. Nothing against Obama, all politicians are the same.
I'll probably watch the speech and then flip back to the game once the speech is over. I'm not really too interested in either the Packers or the Saints, but it'll probably be a good game so I'll watch some of it. Really looking forward to the Sunday games though.
