Why did a 10 year old have access to a loaded weapon? Without knowing the complete circumstances of the event im not going to make too many assumptions but it seems as though its just another case of a person with very little weapons sense being able to own a gun.
Very few news story ever get the emotional response like these ones do for me. I feel sorry for the boy, especially if he comes to regret killing his mother, which under normal circumstances he would.
