If we found Jesus's skeleton it would prove that Christianity is a false religion since it's stated quite explicitly that one of Jesus's biggest miracles was resurrecting and taking his body with him to heaven. If we find his skeleton that pretty much proves that he did neither.
As proving it's his skeleton, one would imagine that we'd find his body in a tomb which would more likely than not have something in there stating who he was. Of course, in the absence of that we wouldn't be able to prove anything.
Even if he was a real person (which there is no valid evidence for) there would have to e proof that he is the son of God. Which is impossible to prove he exists, apparently.
