What would be your worse torture?

Let's say you were to be captured somehow, what would be the worse kind of torture the enemy could inflict on you?

(Can't say 'make you watch Twilight', we all know that would be horrible)

Being forced to read butchered syntax on internet forums. You know, like when someone who makes a thread and confuses the comparative form with the superlative form?

Bad-->worse-->worst.

Anything that would leave me without the use of my legs.

I could not care less about dying, we all have to do it, but losing or knowing I was going to lose my legs would break me mentally.
