To make sure keep on track with mine, i've decided to make a thread, normally around summer I just throw everything out the window and go days with eating nothing but fast food. My goal is to gain weight but to gain consistent weight and fast food isn't good for me anyway.Â
What weight you all aiming to get yourself at? I want to get to 185 (i'm small so me at the weight of 185 is perfect)
You plan on hitting the gym or some sport to aid your goal? Me the Gym, i've been lazy lately...
