To make sure keep on track with mine, i've decided to make a thread, normally around summer I just throw everything out the window and go days with eating nothing but fast food. My goal is to gain weight but to gain consistent weight and fast food isn't good for me anyway.

What weight you all aiming to get yourself at? I want to get to 185 (i'm small so me at the weight of 185 is perfect)

You plan on hitting the gym or some sport to aid your goal? Me the Gym, i've been lazy lately...

What about you guys :p ( i make the best threads right)

Trying to lose those last couple of kilograms, once I reach my goal of a lean body, I plan on a clean bulk and hopefully I'll stick with it and eventually be around 200lbs at a low two digit body fat at 6'1.

Not really looking to lose anymore weight since i'm already pretty low according to my Doctor for my height. Just trying to burn the last layer of belly fat I still have left, I mostly just do a ton of running a day, with the weight lifting and push ups in between.

I love how everyone is defining their fitness goals by how much they want to weigh.

I just want to lose a few pounds, increase my cardiorespiratory endurance, and be able to do over 50 pull ups and 100 push ups. I mostly run and do pull ups and push ups

In terms of size, I'm thinking a 36" waist and 10-15% fat. I'm already down from a 46" to a 40" since starting a new job in February, and am on track to lose more before summer is over. I'd also like to heavily increase my muscle endurance (rather than total strength, which is already good enough) and improve my cardiovasvular system to be able to run upwards of 10 km without keeling over in a fit of panting (I can jog about 15-20 minutes without severe winding, but running is a different story). Muscle tone is also something important to me, but not in a steroid-abuse kind of way... just have defined lines for once.

to get a six pack.

I've been stuck at a 4 pack forever, and it's so frustrating.

Starting something new with "Stallon situps" which are high intensity leg lifts. I'll let y'all know if it gets results.

Anybody else have this problem?

I was thinking of starting running to improve my fitness levels. I don't need to lose any weight though.

Started around 150 pounds, I'm up to about 170. I wanted to get bigger. 3000 calories on an average day, combined with an intensive lifting regimen. It's pretty much all muscle, that twenty pounds. Shooting for another 10-15.

The 6 inches exercise and deadlifts. Both work that lower band of muscles if that's the one you're talking about. If you have a pullup bar then hanging leg raises for sure.

Just trying to keep in good shape and build a bit of muscle. Go to the gym 5-6 times a week. 5'11" and 160lbs, not clue about percent body fat.

My fitness goal? Not much really. We'll be headed out West this summer visiting friends and family. That means lots of days wearing tank tops and swimwear. We're good to go.

My goal for the next month or so is to bench 255lbs (reps), 50lbs more than what I rep now. I've also been 'obsessing' a bit over improving core strength so I found a circuit that's been giving me hell, but also getting some decent results early on. I'm not concerned with weight and haven't weighed myself in a while, but I'm likely 170-175 as I've always been. I want to improve in a lot areas over the next couple months, but those two are top priority.

Focusing on endurance rather than just strength, as well as continue losing weight.

Break 5 in the mile

Stop losing so much muscle (yes I know the first two are counterintuitive), or gain some without the use of a gym (will be interesting)

Be able to run more than 20+ miles a week without injuries flaring up

Be active and recreational outside

Run some 5ks, make people jealous of my body, the usual.

Eh, planks are one of the best core excercises and they're a yoga move.  Anytime my abs start losing some definition I go back to planks.  Been doing em for the past couple days in fact.  Mostly weighted planks for the added challenge.

Tighten your abs when you do them, like, contract them.

Currently 202 ish pounds (actually 199.5, I weighed myself after having pizza and 7 beers the other day so that added a few extra pounds), trying to get to a solid 190 cut. Been loving the 24 hour fitness by my house but FML $40 a month is getting pricey :(
