Psychiatric evaluation and some minimal jail time. Girl is messed up but this kind of thing is quite common. I had stray dogs being beaten to death, shot and smacked many times literally a few roads from where I live while I was living in a developing country. People are raised to not see cruelty to animals in the same light that others may in more developed nations. Dont assume her to be pure evil, not knowing how she was raised and what her values are.

The article does state that she is from some backwater town in Bosnia. Does everyone here honestly expect her values to be inline with yours? I was quite disgusted watching the video, and she clearly does not understand or value her actions in the same way that I do. This can easily be the same situation as with child soldiers that learn to love killing. Kids that are doped up and given rewards whenever they take down an "enemy".

Where I live, drowning unwanted kittens or puppies appears to be... quite common. I've been told my grandfather and grandmother used to do that. Plus, my grandfather was a vet.
