Whats a fair punishment for the Puppy Killer?

Throw her off a bridge and into a river?

She should have to eat a whole pack of puppies.

Some kind of evaluation to make sure she is or isn't insane and determine whether or not it is safe for other people to be around her.

Put her to sleep. Thats what we do with animals that bite people so it only seems fair that someone with the mental capacity of a sponge to be put to sleep. No reason to keep her alive is there :)

Do you know how many farmers just kill stray animals all the time on their farms every day? A lot.

The hooded figure probably couldn't afford to take care of the puppies and didn't want to just let them roam around.

As for taking them to the shelter, what do you think they do to them if they aren't picked up within a few months?

I'm not applauding the actions for whoever did this, but imprisonment? Really?

The fines that bosnia already have in place look like good enough punishment to me. Also throw in some community service. No reason for the death penalty or prison.

I work as an animal care taker and breeding technician and can you there are much more abusive things done to animals that are legally condoned.

Where I live, drowning unwanted kittens or puppies appears to be... quite common. I've been told my grandfather and grandmother used to do that. Plus, my grandfather was a vet.

But I wouldn't do such a thing. :(

I guess the point you're getting at is either jail time for killing an ant or a slap on the wrist for killing a human baby, i.e "cute animal".

Dunk her head in pool of really hot water and when she is about to drown, pull her out, repeat. Skin her, pour salt on her daily, then let her heal, then skin her again and put salt on her daily. Repeat. Cut arms legs off.
