Of those, I would say South Park. It used to be Family Guy, but after the second or third season, I didn't find it anywhere near as funny as it was. My favorite animated comedy would have to be King of the Hill though. There's just something about it...

South Park is the best but Futurama is a close second. I hate Family Guy! It's a rip off of the simpsons except it has no story only flashbacks. Check out Cartoon Wars from South Park. That describes exactly how I feel about Family Guy.
