I'm pretty sure there's cheaper housing here in the US. A mediocre-good job here will pay $30,000 to $50,000 a year and a mediocre-good house will cost from $100,000 to $150,000.

It depends a lot upon where you live. If I took my $120,000 house from Tennessee and put it near New York city, it would be worth several hundred thousand more.

they love any accent for some unknown reason, I personally find foreign accents annoying...

but yeah America is good, aside from the rising obesity problems (thanks souless fast food corporations) and a few other things I won't say to avoid a flame war....

Depends on where you live, but a one family house can go from 100K - 800K.

Also, it happens to be awesome over here. But that also depends where you live, the US is large.

And yes, for some reason many girls like the British accent. Only the intelligent, Prince Charles kind though.

Are you American?

As an American, I find New York Dirty and Boring. There are tons better places to go and visit. An even better New York is Chicago (the only difference is that its cleaner and the Subways are above ground)

The normal price of a 3-4 bedroom house in my area is $300k-$500k.

In other areas you can buy quite a few acres of land for half that.
