Perhaps you could give us a bit more info on what you're looking for? Because I could give you lots of Symphonic Metal bands, but seeing slipknot in your username suggests you probably wouldn't like that...
well . your name is slipknot. so i really dont know if you like real metal. but if you want to get into some good stuff, here are some off the top of my head. im sure darth will come in any second with his ridiculous long list. megadeth, vektor, destroyer 666 , coroner, voivod, dissection, dismember, death, immortal, kreator , sodom , celtic frost. those should get you started.
Check out Sylosis, they are a metal band from reading in England and they are starting to get pretty big in the British metal scence. If you have the time check them out, you wont regret it :)
Linkin park and slipknot are the only good metal I listen to and they have a perfect scream voice.

Hate to break it to you, but Linkin Park are not metal.
If you want good screaming check out Graveworm.
It's Nu-metal,rap-metal Yeah I think people are suggesting the wrong sort of thnigs if that's what he likes. Maybe you should check out Korn or Nine Inch Nails (I personally don't like Korn but NiN are amazing).
I never said it was but he said the metal he likes is Slipknot and Linkin Park (who are also not metal), which means he probably likes 'nu-metal' types bands or those of a similar sound.
I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for but my favorite metal band would be Iron Maiden. I'm not into the whole screaming thing, it''s annoying to me.

well its not really nice to bash on an entire genre with a countless number of bands and at least 8+ legit sub genre's, which have sub genre's of their own when you do not listen to music even remotely similar and thus do not understand it. it just makes you come off as a flamer / with a lack of knowledge in the subject.
