I learn't that an enzyme is a biological catalyst because it reduces the activation energy needed to perform a chemical reaction. Interesting stuff.

I learned that in boxing it's always good to breathe out of your nose for two reasons. One reason I already knew about, which is to
save energy and last longer, because the more you hold your breath when you throw punches the faster you'll wear yourself out. The
second reason which I didn't know about, is to prepare yourself for a counter to the body, because once you breathe out of your nose
it automatically tightens up your abdominal muscles lessening the damage that could be received. Pretty interesting if you ask me.
Isn't there a third? It's easier to get knocked out with your mouth open. A good punch to the chin will knock you out.I learned that in boxing it's always good to breathe out of your nose for two reasons. One reason I already knew about, which is to

Yeah I suppose, but that ones a no brainer. :P Also, you don't really have to open your mouth that much to let out a
simple "Sshh" to have practically the same effect. I only do that when I'm tired though, it's easier to get more air that way.
That you can lead a horse to water, but a pencil must be lead.
EDIT: Wait, that's not interesting at all - and it doesn't even make sense :(
It would be boring to most, but I've been studying God's sovereign control, authority and presence. That we have a relationship with Him, since He is Creator, whether we like it or not. He created it, He gets to do what He wants withit. This is from Dr. John Frame's book, "Theology of Lordship: The Doctrine of God."
