Black Lagoon

Rurouni Kenshin(way too much filler, like DBZ but less epic)

Dragonball Z

Cowboy Bebop(depressing as hell, that might be my main beef with it)

Samurai Champloo

Gundam Wing

G Gundam

kenshin dosn't have much filler, season one maybee has 5-7 episodes of filler, but they arn't really filler, they are just nonimportant fun episodes because season 1 had a lighthearted mood, without those episodes we wouldnt have established how kenshin loved being with all them.. and then season 2 had absolutely no filler, every episode was important.. dbz has 2/3 filler if not more.

dude yeah after shishio its complete garbage, thats the 3rd arc... i didnt even watch that the deal with the 3rd arc is that it wasnt an adaption of the manga.. the manga writer was writing the REAL 3rd arc, and the 3rd anime arc was JUST FILLER made by the anime ppl while waiting for the manga writer to finish the REAL 3rd arc.... so yeah it pretty much dies in a fire after shishio... so no wonder you thought it was filler, cuz thats what that arc was.. if you want to see what really happens in the real 3rd arc, go to onemanga.com ( or something like that ) and you can read it there, its as good as the shishio arc. no filler at all. pure action, many enemies and a very very very climactic ending..
