For me it was going through months of annoying as hell leg therapy that paid off in the end because I used a walker to walk and recive my diploma in high school in front of the entire senior class while they all cheered me on.
Probably sex. Pooping comes in a close second. By the way, sex may be fun and feels great, but you shouldn't do it until you're in a serious relationship with someone. Seriously, take my advice. It's much better that way.
