Whats the deal with this forum?

This place is WAY too strict. I'm would be a level 20-22 but I've been moderated and suspended so many times that I went down from level 18 to level 14 back in November. I've trying to get it up but Its really hard, just when I almost made it to level 16 again some crap happened and I have been a level 15 for 3 months. The mods hear are worst than Catholic school adminostrators/teachers/conselors/principels.RTUUMM
