What's the dumbest thing you've heard a religious person say to you?

I've heard a bunch of dumb things, but i guess "Well.. technically, we are ALL related, so there is nothing wrong with liking your relatives" takes the cake.

Probably when I asked how they knew God existed and they answered that it said in the Bible. And I asked how they knew the Bible was right and they said because God told them. And then, they couldn't figure out why I just looked at them and then started laughing...

There's more factual evidence backing up that theory than the theory of god. Was that supposed to be some sort of bash on science? Because it actually only gave me more reasons to believe that we're right on that one.

A rebuttle? The thing is, the bible actually bears strongs resemblences to a fairy tale and/or the type of things an insane person might yell at people wandering by on the street. The parallel universe article you posted has more of a... "scientifically verifyable study" vibe to it.
