Whats the easiest way to learn a new accent.

Im getting bored with just having one accent
And i thought it would be cool to be able to do different accents well.
But i dont really know where to start and whats best for learning a new accent.
I dont want to learn another language all together.. I just wish for another accent.
Like a south african accent, or a Finish accent or something.
I just think it would be interesting =)

Any suggestions on where i could start learning how to do a different accent?

Does anyone remember those old commercials that used to air on Nick with that green monster who taught a foreign language? I cannot remember the name of the thing being sold on the commercial, but I used to laugh at them. He would dress up like a French guy, or Italian, or whatever and the little kids seemed to pick it up really quickly on the video.videogamer456
