What's the largest sum of money you ever found on the ground?

10 bucks, but that was a looooong time ago. I haven't found anything better than a quarter since then I think.

I work in a nightclub and on average I find about $70 a night. Drunk people drop money like it's nobodies business.

In Grade 1, me and my friend found a 10 dollar note on the ground just out side of school. But my friend just HAD to give it to the teacher.

Probably around 50 cents.

I think the most I've found is $5. But once my cousin found $600 :o.

I foud 20 dollors felt kind of guilty i didn't return it but it did help me buy the fallout broken steel dlc.

I found £20 one time

a new 1 day old phone it was like an env-touch my dad made me give it back to the person it belonged too(had pictures of them on th phone)

2. on the street in NYC

3. just yesterday on the floor of a gas station, by the register. that was tough because I had to quickly cover it with my foot, and then when he game me my change, i "accidentally" dropped a few coins on the ground, and then snatched up the $20 while down there. Plus, there were like 5 people behind me in line. I felt like Snake lol

a friend found over $1000 in a backpack near the gym. we're pretty sure that it belonged to somebody who may not appreciate having it taken.

he blew it all on junk... toys (literally action figures), drugs, alcohol.

he was a fun guy to hang out with, though!

Around $400 infront of the Hasty Market convenience store near my high school. and when I mean infront I mean right infront of the damn door going inside. We and my friend split it i got 220 he got he got around 200 forgot exactly i got more just because i said lets take it while he didnt want to because there was a group of older students just hawking us down but i woulda **** them up :D

£20. I knocked over a box of sweets in a shop, and folder underneath it was a £20 note. Needless to say I pocketed it sharpish.

I found £20 on the floor of a supermarket once. It was folded up into a tiny little square. Why you'd fold your cash into such a small and easily lost shape is beyond me, but somebody did. I found a £5 on the floor just this morning, but i saw the guy who dropped it and did the right thing and gave it back to him. He was very grateful and i felt better for it. :)

Somebody left a £20 note at a cash machine once, it was in a shop so I handed it in, it really annoyed me because the woman behind the till didn't even say thanks, or, if nobody collects it you can have it.

I think it was £10 in primary school but I gave it in because I'm stupid
