Sliced my chin open on the corner of a dirt-covered steel stair when I was 4. It didn't hurt at first (probably because of shock) but it really, REALLY hurt when they had to clean out the wound and stich it up. The worst part is that they couldn't give me any painkillers because I was squirming around too much and they had to have 5 orderlies hold me down on a table while they sewed it up.
And that's probably also why I'm afraid of hospitals...
first attempt in an old old track near my backyard on a motorbike. It was pouring then when I tried a backflip on the edge of a ramp = failed. Landed head first with bike over me with no safety gears on me whatsoever.
Probably being stung by a Portugese man of war, or having a nail go all the way through my foot and come out the other side, or my brother slamming my hand in a truck door (lost the nail on my thumb). Those were all pretty high on the pain scale.
Crushing my foot in a tree when a limb I was cutting 20 feet above me impaled my foot. Didn't hurt for about an hour, stuff you read about your body being in shock is true.
fell down stairs that had just had the carpet taken up meaning i slipped on all the carpet grips...luckily i was much younger so i cant really remember the pain much just the fact that it hurt incredibly badly.
One of my big toes had to have surgery cause the nail was ingrown. The doctor had to give 2 shots on either side of my toe to numb it. Holy god almighty that was the most painful thing I've ever experienced. It hurt to bad i thought i would literally rip the bars off the side of the hospital table i was on.

DUDE it happend to me too! wtf Real men take it out themselves.
