Been reading into the debates and other forums still clueless. Could someone explain to me what's going on with all the arguments and debates? Is this like the casual gamers vs real gamers/hardcore gamers debate?
Fake nerds? Â How the hell can you do that? If I go unshaven for even a few days I become the almost literal definition of the nerd type know as the "Neckbeard". I would be REALLY hard to fake that.
People new to something or just casual(I am a casual fisherman for example, i only go a couple times a year, while a guy a know will go constantly and is obsessed with fishing.) Some People think other people don't "like it enough" or are "not hardcore enough" about something. This happens in all sorts of things in life besides gaming. Actual fake people: There are those people that try fit into the "nerd" community (which is not even a community) by trying to show a little interest and people call them out on that becuase they often truly do not enjoy those things.
Fake nerds? You mean like those gamergirls who only play games every now and then just so they can say they're playing games and get all the attention from the guys for doing so?
