What's with the Transformers?

I grew up with Ninja Turtles, Nick Toons, and an NES with Mario/Duckhunt, so what's the deal with Transformers? did u guys skip the good cartoons as a child?trancestation

They're awesome...and stuff. I still watch the Gen 1 stuff every now and again...and OMG the original animated movie was awesome.

One cartoon I grew up not watching was Beavis & Butthead. Everybody else watched it but me.

new transformers is a insult to the old cartoons,every episode consists of nothing but extreme close ups and around 10 frames of movement per episode

CORRECTION! Transformers ARE their own vehicles, hence the unbelievable awesomeness of the Transformers.
