I have several.

But if I had to go with my number 1, it would be this:
How one treats those with less social power than them.

I don't really care how you treat those with equal social power (your friends)...they can walk away, be done with you.
I don't care how you treat those with more social power (your boss)...you will suffer the consequences for your actions.
What I do care about is how you treat those with less social power (employees, servers, etc.)...they need their job and are not able to 'fight' back

To me that is the true determinant of what kind of person you are.
I could go out on a date with the hottest, most intelligent girl on the planet...things could be going great...if she treats the people at the restaurant poorly, that's it...we are done.
If she acts badly enough, I will apologize to the wait staff, pay, and leave

Physically, really nasty, crooked, yellow teeth. It just creeps me out.

Personality-wise, it's a lot more difficult. There are a lot of things.

Appearance-wise:

Long-ish hair.

A face that looks more like a child than a man.

Cleft pallet, club foot, pidgeon toes, and amputees. I'm not that hard to please :P

People who talk behind my back.

Close minded people. I don't care too much for people who aren't open to debate on most subjects. Now murder, rape, genocide, we can all agree those are horrible and not what I'm referring to.

On a more shallow note :P a lot of makeup is a turn-off for me. (except if done well around the eyes. I just don't like your entire face to look like you're a wax version of yourself) Also unibrows... heavy eyebrows as a whole are usually indicative of extra hair around... I'll stop there.

If they're stoopid. They actually have to have some sort of intelligence before I'm interested >.>

EDIT: Oh and I forgot piercings. I mean tattoos I can handle if there aren't too many, but piercings just turn me off. Like if it's their ears or belly button then that's fine, but I hate the eye brows, nose, lip, tongue, etc.

that first one happened to a friend of mine once. He was talking to this chick for about a week and then out of nowhere she started accussing Obama of being a muslim terrorist that hates America and has no *****.

I really like alpha males; rough, rugged, and dominating. It's a big turn off for me when a man is metrosexual or timid.
