If you are wondering you can buy it at Asian/Oriental or Filipino markets by the half gallon or Mitchells in San Francisco by the cone.
Make your own using the crushed ube(purple yam) with a recipe or mixing ube powder and some coco nut flakes with vanilla ice cream.8)
