Can't say, really... Haven't heard recently anything that went straight to the top of my list... But I have a few new bands in sights...

My brothers loves metal and he's big into Hollywood Undead. I never really saw the appeal though.
Matchbook Romance. I've known of them for a while, but I only recently got into them (last month?). Also, Asking Alexandria. A friend of mine suggested them a few months ago (January?) and I've been listening to them since.scorch-62Monsters is an amazing song. Also you might like this;
In Faith And Fear - Live Love Die
Just heard one - Stam1na. Had an album of theirs lying around for a while, just started listening to it. And they're awesome!! Who knew metal sounds so awesome in Finnish.
Suicidal Romance. a gothic EBM band from Estonia that sounds similar to Blutengel. highly recommended.
Do you mean new as in a new band that you've heard for the first time recently or just bands you had heard for the first time recently in general?
Havn't heard much new recently, though I did get around to listening to Riverside and I thought they were quite good.
Spoon. I had only heard of them before, but they're quite fantastic.bluezy

I heard them on Chuck and I started listening to them after that.
Mutiny Within. Discovered them a week back and have listened to their first album about 30 times now.
I refound my love for Septic Flesh thanks to a random listen to Sumerian Daemons. Great album with plently of heavily atmospheric death metal...
I recently got Adramalech's Psychostasia, which I've also enjoyed. So I guess they're the most recent band I've really liked.
I heard them before but just started really listening to them recently: Manowar

Their songs are a mix of rap and rock... and I really like them and I don't like rap at all. The rock in their songs makes it awesome, and each band member wears a cool mask :) except charlie scene, he wears shades and a bandana, I guess it's kind of a maskPlease Log In to post.
