Summer is my favorite season. Here in Minnesota, we only have two seasons, winter and road construction (summer).:P In the spring and fall, it's always cool, but not always confortable. It's warm only until mid to late spring through late September to early October or something.

Winter. Summer can get too hot sometimes, up to 45 degrees, whilst winter remains steady and cool at 15-20 degrees. Also, summer is busy at work, whilst winter is slow and easy :P.

In Kuwait I would say the later parts of summer in October-November, warm air (25 - 40 degrees) with a very nice breeze. Best. Weather. Ever.

Winter by far The airs fresh and it can snow :P, Summers too hot and stuffy and the air is so humid I hate it
