What's your That Show?

You know how everyone has "that show"? That show that you just HAVE to watch? My friend John keeps telling me to watch The Venture Brothers.

Him: You have to watch this show.

Me: yeah , okay.

Him: No, you HAVE to watch this show.

Me: fine, I'll watch it.

Him: its so good, you cant even watch it.

Me: what? O.O

Him: I forbid you from watching it!

Me: I wasnt going to!

Him: But you HAVE to!

Well, I absolutely am obsessed with Breaking Bad. It's my favorite show EVER. But it's not exactly like I try to convince other people to watch it. They can watch it if they feel like it, or not watch it if they don't. None of my concern, as long as I get to watch it.

You guys just have to watch Deadwood!

Yeah...ever since Season 4 started, I've been watching simply because I was hoping that the show would get good again. Now I'm basically just watching to find out how the series is going to end. Hell...Walter White is a bad guy too, but at least he only keeps on doing what he's doing because he's good at it. Walter White has made a hell of a lot of life-ruining decisions as well, but at least he's smart as hell, actually LEARNS from most of his mistakes, and actually has managed to make progress based on his wit. Nancy Botwin on the other hand...she's failed at every single goddamn thing she's ever done, and STILL keeps on doing the same **** and dragging down everyone who cares about her. An absolutely horrible human being who's spent a hell of a lot of the series ruining the lives of her own goddamn kids. I'm watching the show simply out of the hope that I end up seeing her get a bullet to the face. She damn sure deserves no less than that.

It was Lost but now there is nothing even remotely good on tv anymore.

I don't have a show like that. I always match southpark before I got to sleep though but I wouldn't mind if I missed it.

JK. I actually don't really watch much TV any more but I am currently enjoying I Shouldn't be Alive. Great Show.

(N: 'Freaky Links' was about a group of teenagers who travel in a van and run a website that details paranormal activity. Think Scooby-Doo, X-Files, and the Blair Witch project all rolled into one. Yeah... that show kicked ***! Best part about the show is that it was filmed in the late 90's.)

It was Battlestar Galactica.....but as of late I don't have any shows I have to watch.

I don't have any newer shows that I even like, let alone HAVE to watch. American Pickers and Pawn Stars are alright I guess. Lost was pretty good as well, but that's about it. I'm more into the older shows like The Twighlight Zone, Laural & Hardy or Little House On The Prairie.

The Wire--- even though I watch other shows I find myself going back and watching this show(have gone through 5 seasons 2 times already)-- I'm addicted to it

Deadwood by far. Never have I seen a show that was this well written.
Mix it up with some of the best characters ever to be seen on television and you have a grade-A show.

I have a few "that show"s.

Flight of The Conchords is the main one. Others are Arrested Development, Seinfeld (not at all popular here in the UK), and Curb Your Enthusiasm.

House is a must-watch for me.

I got both my brother and sister into Breaking Bad. I rewatched it with my sister and knowing the parts where she was going to say "holy ****" was awesome.

I don't watch TV anymore, but someone told me to watch Breaking Bad.
