Acquire nothing that requires mechanical parts or something constantly fed into it (ammo and gas). Use anything that requires my own power, I might not get very far but better than walking. I'll take blades, knives, or something like an ax or a hatchet. Any supplies I'll carry on my back probably in a bag, maybe a messenger bag.MattUD1

He's right but he just quoted the back of Max Brook's Zombie Survival Guide. As for me, I would make a drugstore to drug store run heading Northwest to the middle of nowhere from NJ, where I live.There I could restock onall the nonrefridgeratedfood and take the insulin I needed.NJ isgoing to be a disaster because its so densly populated.

Zombies do that draging their feet thing. They cannot run, and las plagas are not zombies.
