But then when you're a total a-hole, they say that they want someone's who's more sensitive, mroe in touch with their emotions. You fall for the trap, and she goes out with an a-hole, saying "I think I can fix him" or some other bullcrap like that.

She probably means Assertive. Someone who speaks up, doesn't let people walk all over them. Makes sure to get what he deserves. trodeback
