Happened when I was 11. By the way happy Kat777 there are more things to puberty than just facial hair. Pubic hair for one, testicles dropping, voice lowering, constant erections, wet dreams for some people and a growth spurt.

I think I was around 12 or 13. I do remember, however, that it was in December. I don't have a clue why I remember that.

i would say around 13 or so i started getting acne on my face, voice cracking and hair, around 18 i started growing fail hair and still growing (20)

Well, I think I started hitting puberty when I was in 6th grade but went through it the most during 8th grade (12-13 years old?)

Tbh, I started at maybe 11, and it was really noticable at about 14 or so. At 16 it mellowed out. In the past year it's disappeared...

I learned that not even the razor you later fuound out your older sister uses to shave her legs can hold them off forever.

Earlier or later and your have either precocious or delayed puberty and should seek a medical profesional. Ask your parents when they started puberty as constitutional delay is the most common cause of delayed puberty.
