When did you learn how to tie a tie?

At 12 when I went up to comprehensive school and was surprised to find I still remembered after 5 years of finishing school when I had to wear one the other month :)

one day my uncle brought about 100 ties(untied) to my house and said "you look like your smart, tie these for me" = grand master

Fifth grade, at a funeral... I don't think I've really worn a tie since then, but I still remember how.

In Year 7 when I started high school aged 11.

When I was 18.

I learned to do it with the internet. I know 3 different ways to do it by heart now. I also learned how to do laundry, cook, clean, drive, type, and play chess all on the internet. You can learn pretty much anything this way. Except for driving... :)

11 years old,had to learn the art when I went to secondary school

When I was around 20. I wouldn't be caught dead wearing a clip-on.

Thankfully I don't have to wear one at work, and for the occasional dressy event my wife does it for me. I like getting fussed over :)

Part of the uniform my school had required me to wear a tie so I had to learn how to do a tie when I was around 11.

Um 12 or 13. My teacher had 'dress code' days and the girls had to wear ties too.

A month ago the guys on my floor had to dress up as CEOs for a theme and for half of them I had to tie their ties :lol:

Can't but I learned before, I just forgot.
