When is Russia going to pay reparations to war victims from Berlin and Ukraine?

It is estimated that thousands if not millions of German women were raped during the soviet red army advance on the city of Berlin and they did the same in several other countries but they were specially vicious in Germany and Ukraine, Germany was defeated and they were placed under allied administration for years, but now they are once again an independent nation and a unified nation for that matter, if germany was demanded to pay reparations for victims of warcrimes commited under Adolf Hitler's third reich then why wasn't it demanded to the Russian gobvernment to pay reparations to victims of mass rape and murder at the end of the second world war under Stalin's rule?

He would be right if that is the case. Stalin made it a point to put the Baltic states and southern republics as well as the Balkans under Soviet control, all who or which had been previously free nations and peoples prior to WWII.
