When will my new plan start?

I just ordered an iPhone 5, and joined my wife on Verizon. Because of this, we switched to a new "Share Everything" plan. When will this new plan take effect? I guess I should've figured this out before I placed my order. I was just assuming that the new plan would initiate when the new phone is activated.

You should contact Verizon about that, I reckon they have a customer support number or webpage for questions like that. Or contact the people at the store where you got the phone.

You should contact Verizon about that, I reckon they have a customer support number or webpage for questions like that. Or contact the people at the store where you got the phone.

you're welcome. I don't know too much about that stuff, my phone is a prepaid one, my mom and sister both have AT&T and my father's is provided by his employer, so nobody in my family has Verizon.
