I had to ask ya'll this because it's a habit for me to check, even when I'm not speeding. So do you? Don't you lie to me OT...

Of course. Always makes me a little nervous when I go by them.

Well that is no good. They're supposed to make us feel safe not scared -_-;

Come to think of it i also get nervous when there is police.
When i was little i thought "yay police now nothing can happen to me".
And now i think "am i doing everything right or is there a rule i'm not paying attention to?"

You're acting like a police officer isn't just some other white person.

I know for a fact that because I'm white, well dressed and walking with my head held high then I have nothing to worry about. He sees me as another wasp

He isn't going to bother me. he's after what he sees as the criminals, the Blacks and Asians, I can rely on his racism to make him feel comfortable of my innocence.

I am a law abiding person but even if I weren't I could easily walk past any police officer and not be stopped,

I do. When one is behind me, I'm always looking. Half the time, though, they pass me when I'm going the speed limit.

if they come pass me or i go pass them i might either a, give the finger... b, call them ****en pigs... or c, sing out loud... "mrs. officer can i talk to yaaa..."... from lil' wayne. i like giving the police ****.

Why wouldn't you. Cops are humans and as such I don't trust them, especially with the power they have.

I have this problem that I drive with my two fingers: index finger and thumb. I definitely grab both steering wheels when I see a cop for more control. One day... I'll get out of the habit of being a bad steering wheel grasper. There have been way too many occasions a sudden bump in the road has caused me to steer off a bit. JodyR

I have a sixth sense when it comes to the police. I can smell that bacon a mile away.

My friend and I were just talking about this the other day. It's like as soon as you see a police car you automatically feel a sense of guilt, even when you haven't done anything. :lol:

yes and on my daily commute to school I know where they like to wait and prey on the innocent so I ensure that I am not going too fast

Yep. I also check all the gauges, and let off the gas. I usually get the shivers when driving by cops. Probably paranoia.

Not really, only when I see them make a sudden turn or something. Then I get paranoid as hell.
