When you drop silverware on the floor, what do you do?

i get new silverware after punting someone across the room :)

I just rinse it off and use it.. Mind you this is just for me.. If its a guest or some one else, I would get a new one.

Kill it with fire.

If it is mine, I just pick it up and rinse it off. Why would I want to clean 2 forks when I am washing the dishes.

I live and die by the five... minute rule.

Depends on the floor. If its someone elses, I just pick it up and use it. If its mine, I rinse it off before I use it.yentlequible

If I haven't used it yet I pick it up, maybe wipe it off/rinse if theres a sink nearby then go on my way.

If it has food on it already, I stomp a hole through the closest wall, tip the fridge over, and shove my arm through the nearest window. Then I go and get something to wipe up the floor, just throwing the silverware in the wash.

At home, or outside on (clean, untrampled) grass I use it. Otherwise I get another one.

I say, "Oh, hamburgers!".

I flip the whole god damn table over to save face.

Rinse it under water and dry/wipe it off with a paper towel or serviette (or just wipe it with a serviette). I mean, gawd, not like I'm going to get AIDs and die just because my fork fell on the floor. Don't be such babies.

Wash it, if I'm not at my house then I just get a new one.

I pick it up and hope the noise didn't wake up who evers house I just broke into.

Kick it under the rug. I'm sure no one'll notice it.
