When you talk to someone, do you look into their eyes?

I don't talk to people.

I try to.

But it really depends on the situation/person.

Its weird, when i talk to someone i find my eyes starring at their noses or forehead. When i catch myself staring into their eyes, i find it weird. Is this a bad habit? How important is eye contact in a casual social conversation?
