So i'm currently going through an emo phase... yeah :lol:

Three things:
I go for a walk while listening to music.
I listen to music.
I play video games and hear music through the mics of others.
All of them are calming.
i take xanax, clears my head of anything that is bothering me within 20 minutes usually. Than I either sleep or just chill depending on how tired I was in the first place
Right now in my situation I'm kinda sad/depressed on and off...it sucks...but it'll pass. I usually look for ways to keep myself occupied.
I'm typically not emotional enough to get incredibly sad and wallow in my own sorrow or anything of that sort. But when I do get like that, I usually talk to a friend if anything. Otherwise I simply quietly let it pass and move on with my life fairly quickly. This applies to everything from breaking up with girls in high school to my mother dying.
Eat exploded balloons.KiIIyouInteresting... do you go out of your way to blow them up first or do you crash an 8 year olds birthday party?
i choose the "i'm weird and do something unnatural option" it sounded like a pretty good choice to me.
I listen to a song that makes me even more sad or a song that makes me think the whole situation can go fudge its self. :D
I listen to The Smiths, or The Killers, usually. Morrissey and Brandon Flowers make it all better.

THE SMITHS!!! I was listening to Please, Please, Please, Let Me Get What I Want earlier on.
It has become the song to listen to after watching (500) Days of Summer... before that it was Mr. Brightside :P
