I angst until the feeling passes.

I take out my fustrations by punching and kicking a punching bag, or play video games.

Mostly music that relates to the situation, and movies to get my mind off of it.

I listen to music or watch a movie.

I play Video Games.

Music.

I cry man tears.

Especially poppy-ish love songs, or Christian metalcore or something like that.
