Bloody oath. I live in the outback and ride in a kangaroo's pouch for transportation. I drink Fosters while cooking shrimp on the barbie, mate ;)
Do you have a cork-hat, too? *eyes widen in anticipation*[QUOTE="tigertechie"][QUOTE="N7v1K0"]I lived in Europe for 3 years and I wasn't. Why would you be, you're not a European after living in Europe for only 3 years. Because I disliked every second of it. I'm Aussie, going to Germany .. . ouch.European and proud

That's pretty much the only type of hat i have. It keeps the flies away when i'm shearing sheep.
When I shear sheep I listen to my iPod.Because I disliked every second of it. I'm Aussie, going to Germany .. . ouch.tigertechie
Way to miss the point entirely. *thumbs up*
Person A says she is proud to be European. You say you were never proud of being a European. I'm saying you never were a European to begin with, 'cos you couldn't have made full citizenship in any country here if you only stayed for 3 years, so how could you possibly ever feel proud about something you're not, thus effectively rendering your point completely void.
Regarding the "I'm Aussie, going to Germany .. . ouch." I have no idea what you're on about.
Also staying at a place where you disliked every second of the stay = were you serving a prison sentence there by any chance? 'Cos you know, most people woulda' left if they disliked every second of their stay and not -- ya know -- stick around for 3 years.

Okay, consider this: My whole life, living in 35 degrees everday and going to the beach, living with 8 million people in Sydney and riding kangaroos for taxis, etc. I go to Germany. Little town, 100 people. No one speaks English. No internet. Nearest city is two hours away. Get the picture?
