I use movies as a treatment for peace. Thats why i have such a big DvD collection. I think i have about 100 movies. Not that big but they mean a lot to me. I also find sleeping very peaceful.
One place where I do feel unusually calm and peaceful - almost meditative - is underwater. Either whilst scuba diving or simply swimming underwater with no equipment on, I feel noticeably centered.
Ah yes I forgot. I love just walking in forest alone. Just hear the leaves rustle in the wind and the birds sing :) I also like riding my bike through forests until it broke :(

Ah yes! thank you for reminding. one of my most peacful places is lying down on the steps of my rarely used community swimming pool filling my ears with water to block out all sound and just looking up at the sky...
driving for miles n miles did that friday left at like 7ish turned roun 945ish it was amazing another time it was 3.5 hrs or somthin like that and thats jus one way almos made it to another state TOTALY WORTH IT THO
sleeping. true peace though, in nature away from all the city noise and hustle and bustle. The smell and sounds are peaceful and yet invigorating at the same time.
