I would say the Pacific North West (especially Western Washington) but it's so awesome that we don't want anyone else moving up here to overpopulate it. So whatever you do, don't come to the North West. Honestly. You probably wouldn't even enjoy our mountains. And lakes. And oceans. And rivers. And mild winters. And mild summers. And relaxed people. And good economy. So just cross that off your list.

Dude, that was freakin awesome. And yes, Mt. Ranier will have a similar eruption sometime in the next 1,000 years, but you should be fine. Watch out for earthquakes though. Northwest is due for a big one sometime here, but again, it is highly unlikely that anything would happen to you in an earthquake, even if you are in a sky scraper in downtown Seattle.

I was going to say Austin, TX area.. but it's not much cooler than Arizona. Actually warmer sometimes.. IDK, maybe someplace in Virginia? Pennsylvania, Maryland? I would say Upstate NY, but the economy there is about as bad as you can get. I moved out of the Syracuse area 11 months ago.

Only places i would consider are Seattle, fireworks are legal and it's cool, Denver, cool weather as well and NL city, SF, cool weather but pricey and NL city too so i can see my Dodgers. But it would be hard to consider leaving LA because i love the rollercoasters.

I live here. On the nice days, it is heavenly. Too bad our sports teams suck!
