South Asia (including Tibet), go to every village and meet all the different sorts of people and remember them forever. Or if I'm feeling tech savvy, Japan or South Korea.
The moon? When I was in my 20's, I already got to do London, Paris and Tokyo; Rome and Berlin are still on my list for sure, and I want to go back and spend some time in Alaska, since it's where I'm from but I don't really remember it at all.

I always thought that it would be nice if they set up some theme park fulled with those gigantic sets they built; all those structures they built from scratch (Helm's Deep: yes that fort once existed in full size for the crew to film, The Golden Hall: again this one was built [with real materials, not foam] in full scale on the top of a hill etc etc). And there people could walk in the structures, oggle them, take a picture or whatever. :P
ooh a fellow LOTR obsessor :P I'd also like to visit New Zealand, and I would like to go back to Norway and Sweden, I haven't visited Finland yet, and I also want to go to America for the first time (not sure where though:?)
