look excercise is a must light or heavy is depending on one's own preference. my option selection is number 3. exercise generally lncludes light weight liftings and walking and general easy exercises. In My Humble Opinion....... one should no overdo in anything and food should not be reduced more than 75%! note these are friendly preferences, do not follow it without doctor's advise. prefer to your family doctor first. so from the opinions so far its all about being careful in what to eat and also exercise is a must. from my personal exp i can safely say its nice to cut 25% of the total food value it really helps a lot. and note there has been technical error, option 4 is supposed to be in 3 and the selection of 3 is supposed to be in number 4 thanks.

None of the above. You don't have to reduce your food intake much at all. You only get out what you put in. Just loose the carbohydrates and saturated fats, and pack in the proteins and vitamins. Of course excercise is a given.
