what the hell are you talking about?
I call Saudi Arabia and USA home.
Saudi has the good job opportunities, given my educational background, i could retire very wealthy after 15-20 years of work. USA has the life liberty and pursuit of happiness, but i could work till the day i drop dead.
I prefer American social circles of friends, but then you can't beat Arab family closeness-ties.
so i am personally conflicted as far as personal choices.
As far as countries i have visited as well. I loved Spain, Mexico (Mexico City to be specific), and Jamaica. even given Mexico's and Jamaica's poverty stricken areas, i loved them. and i've been to Mexico 5 or more times and will likely end up going there more in the future. Spain's primary issue i know of is that it has very high unemployment for a European country.
usa isnt the only place with freedomI prefer the one that everybody hates 'cause it has "freedom."

And if you think people see the royal family as gods then obviously you've never even met someone from the UK, I doubt you could even locate it on the map.

 Come on, Toast. That's just mean.Prince Harry does not represent the UK, I have no idea where you got that idea from.
toast_burner
Yes he does. When people think of the UK, they think of the royal family and/or David Cameron.
I've only been to Lima, Peru and Cancun.
But USA, obviously. It is the only choice for me. England is a close second. Peru doesn't have good water... and that was scary. The water in the fountains of the capital were yellow. :o
But Peru is a great place and so are Peruvians.

I find it rather telling that you [correctly] assume I speak of the US. The US' reputation precedes itself.
Despite all evidence to the contrary, the U.S [i.e: the people who run the country] calls itself the greatest/most free nation on Earth. It annoys me.
OT, I did like England when I visited. Switzerland and France were great as well (too bad I don't speak their language). While I may prefer the US [just because I just-so-happened to be born here], I would move to Canada or the UK in a heartbeat.
Edit: Spelling

Yes, the Royal Family, including Prince Harry, represents the country.
ex: David Cameron represents your country's govt.
Fish and chips represents your country's food.
Harry Potter represents your country's modern literature.
And no sh*t they aren't treated exactly like Gods, it's called a hyperbole, but look at this...

Canada's the best, but the healthcare is not "free". If you actually get a decent job your gonna take income tax in the rear to pay for everyone else. There is a lot of elderly who are recent immigrants.
A rich canadian would go to the US for health care.
You forgot the part where the British controlled most of the world. Ironically, soon the British won't even control their own country.wii60_3Who will?
