Well I live in England, and we seem like a bunch of posh morons to the rest of you, but the country is mainly populated by chavs, actually. So screw patriotism, I'll say Atlantis is the most civilized.

Actually they are not do to the amount of tourists but the 500 or so people that live in the actually limits are pretty civilized I imagine, as most are Cardinals and clergy.

But Antarctica isn't a country, it's a continent split into multiple territories (owned by different countries.) All of these territories are bound by the Antarctic Treaty which restricts industrial activity.

All of Europe is pretty civilized, except for those damn people that stare at you whenever you go somewhere, they stare in the streets, the cafe's, hell, I even had a stare-down in Chanel! I mean, I can't even go to a Chanel or a Dior without having one of they're employees staring at me?!?
Norway, Sweden or Finland. Not only do they have some of the greatest healthcare and economies in the world but one of them is the home of the Nobel Prize.

Look i really, REALLY dont want to stereotype or anything but im surprised so many of you guys are saying Canada. I remember earlyer this year a group of about a dozen or more canadian people working for their healthservice came over to the UK to learn about how we run the NHS over here. At the end of their stay my mums work took them out for a meal at an Indian restraunt and apparently they were REALLY raceist and quite rude. Not very civilised in my eyes.
America has the highest standards of life in the world, so the US is my answer. Strange how you totally left the most powerful nation in the world out of the choices.
