They've brought it on themselves, quite frankly. Not all police officers are bad apples, but there are enough of them (and enough policies/practices in place to support and protect them) that it's hard to argue that the sentiment is unwarranted.

It's one of the reasons I'm glad that I'm no longer in an urban environment.

Must tell you something then.

Tells me posters are either being sarcastic, had a bad experience with law enforcement (whether they were wrongfully accused or were caught breaking a law they think is unjust), are just sheltered from crime, or believe every single negative video they watch about the police and government. Bad people exist in all walks of life, whether they work for the government or they are part of a gang.

Yeah they all are but the Mexican Mafia (there are 3 with the same name!) is by far the strongest and most popular since they "own" many famous gangs such as the 18th Street gangs and the Mara Salvatrucha (MS13) gangs. Nuestra Familia has bigger territory they own 2\3 California's mexican gangs. Rest of the Cartels are worldwide but less popular on the US.
