As with most things Hanna-Barbera that aren't 'Jonny Quest' they are both pretty terrible bits o' entertainment...but I suppose if I had to I'd go with 'The Flinststones' by a hair mainly due to my early dinosaur obsession.
Flinstones by a mile. Flinstones had a better plot/story in the majority of episodes. I have probably seen every episode of both shows, since I grew up with them. I did enjoy the Jetsons also though.

Didn't watch the Jetsons, only read Jetsons comics in the Cartoon Network annuals. I loved the Flintstones and would still watch it nowadays, so that gets my vote.
