Which drug other than weed should be legalized?

Legalize them all. People should know how to take care of themselves, and the ones who do drugs in a moderate and responsible way (I know this is a shocking idea for some of you but it's very possible) should not be punished.

Legalize them all. People should know how to take care of themselves, and the ones who do drugs in a moderate and responsible way (I know this is a shocking idea for some of you but it's very possible) should not be punished.Neon-Tiger

Mushrooms. They're not exactly good for you, butaspirin is consideredmore toxic than them. Really the only seriousharm you can do to your body with mushrooms isfrom your own physicalactions while under it's influence, but the same can be said for alcohol, or just stupid people in general.

If all of those were to be legalized, the community as a whole would be harmed.

Why? No one is forcing the drugs down everybody's throat. People should be informed, know that drugs aren't inherently evil, and many of them can provide a good experience when used in moderation (shrooms, marijuana, salvia, etc). Sure, some are more harmful than others (I will never touch heroine or meth). People should be smart enough to know what to put or not in their bodies, law should not babysit them.

It is not hard really. Lets use meth, highly addictive drug. Secludes from family and friends, changing you as a person. The addiction can also lead to bad judgement. No, there is no affect that the drug can be used as weapons....... but mentally it can harm many.

Assuming we mean "legalized" as in "legalized and regulated", all of them.

That doesn't mean I think people should do those drugs. But the War on Drugs has been one of the biggest failures in the entirety of American history. There is evidence from all over that illegalizing drugs is not the thing to do if you want people to stop using them.

None of those, weed is the only one I see forseeable of being legal.. I think they are no worse than the legalized drugs we have now, and our prisons and legal system is overflowing with drug offenses, weed being one of the most common.
