Its kind of like asking a Christian to convert to Judaism just because the local synagogue is closer than the church.Ilovegames1992

[QUOTE="Allthishate"] Fyi joe barton is in qpr :P . never heard anything about millwall fans. so i really cant say Allthishate

my bad, I always get those two teams mixed :P

Crystal Place humbled us out of the carling cup.

u got kagawa but i think chel$ski is goin to be our main threat this year tbh. Ginger prince is on fumes and the adulter is on his last legs u need a midfielder and not wingers rofl

like how city fans are gaining all this new confidence after just winning 1 cup after millions of years. City arent that good and its going to be between chelsea, and man u next year. maybe arsenal if they start getting serious. i can see city crashing and burning, and i hope newcastle do good again

Chelsea are splashing the cash this summer bring in the likes of Hazard Hulk (a deal thats nearly done) and Marin Chelsea's line up next season could be 4-2-3-1 Cech Cole Terry Cahill Ivanovic Ramires Lampard Mata Hulk Hazard Torres Bench Mikel Sturridge Marin De Bruyne Bertrand Essien Luiz Courtois Chelsea will have a really strong team next year last year AVB pushed our players into playing a style we didnt have the players to really play hence why we fell apart in the middle of the season .

Well im stating the facts you lot are the ones in denial to think we are goin to crash in burn. New castle are a good side, arsenal are waiting for FFP to come in before they do a serious title challenge there only goal is to keep staying in the champs league till that comes into effect. And to just brush aside one of the best assembled squads in the world like if its nothing is pathetic when u have all those leaking holes at the swamp first get a proper box to box midfielder then i can start taking that team seriously. and ya our main rivals will be chel$ki for sure. united fighting with arsenal and newcastle to stay in the champs league. my darkhorse for 4th place could be the dippers brendon rodgers will make them play good football. and there youth talent is quite good and lets be frank u cant have those same players playing that badly 2 years in a row.

How can you 'support' a team and not live in that local area, that's just sitting at home and hoping that they can get a win. Pompey season ticket holder here, and I cannot grasp supporting one of these big teams because you like their 'style of play'

[QUOTE="Zaibach"]

You should have nbo complaints period, I support my Local Team through charitable donations and council support, I live next to it BUt I doubt they will be challenging for CL any time soon, anyone has heard of Thamesmead Town Football club? Yeah thats what I thought

United game in 1997 was the first football I ever went to, ever since I have been in love with their passionate style of play.

If this is a PROBLEM FOR YOU? Then thats your problem not mine.

I have no idea where you get off telling people who they should support and seetting up rules about it.

Ilovegames1992

So Thamesmead which is near Dartford.. you could support

Millwall, Charlton Athletic, Crystal Palace, Gillingham, Fulham, Chelsea, QPR, Arsenal, West Ham..

First 3 are in South London, Gillingham just outside I think. Fulham and Chelski on the West with QPR. Arsenal in the North and Hammers in the east. None of these teams are VERY FAR from you, 1hr 15 mins minimum for the furthest.

So why choose Manchester United, a team thats over 400 miles away?

Someone in South London could (on a normal day) cross over to France quicker than you would take to get to Manchester by car. FACT.

Its kind of like asking a Christian to convert to Judaism just because the local synagogue is closer than the church.

No it isnt.

The whole point of supporting your local/nearest team is that that team represents your area. Theres no point of living in South Norwood and supporting Arsenal or Chelsea when you have Crystal Palace near you.

Why live in London and support a team in Salford (Yes Old Trafford isn't in Manchester) its pointless.

Get a better box to box midfielder??? yaya doesnt even want to be in city anymore which is why hes begging barca to take him back, you have 2 of the most misbehaved annoying fowards in the world. plus essien is still coming back from injury wait till next year, we dont really need any box to box midfielders when we play 4-2-3-1 anyways, lampard can still play next to mikel or we could use romeu next year. and ugh i would hate for liverpool to come back to champions league football, they just need to keep being the mid-table club they are currently. finishing behind everton LOooool!!!!!!!!, i dont really think theyre gonna make a comeback, they dont have the players to do that, since they wasted most of their money on no talent players. plus i hate suarez
