You should have nbo complaints period, I support my Local Team through charitable donations and council support, I live next to it BUt I doubt they will be challenging for CL any time soon, anyone has heard of Thamesmead Town Football club? Yeah thats what I thought
United game in 1997 was the first football I ever went to, ever since I have been in love with their passionate style of play.
If this is a PROBLEM FOR YOU? Then thats your problem not mine.
I have no idea where you get off telling people who they should support and seetting up rules about it.
Ilovegames1992
So Thamesmead which is near Dartford.. you could support
Millwall, Charlton Athletic, Crystal Palace, Gillingham, Fulham, Chelsea, QPR, Arsenal, West Ham..
First 3 are in South London, Gillingham just outside I think. Fulham and Chelski on the West with QPR. Arsenal in the North and Hammers in the east. None of these teams are VERY FAR from you, 1hr 15 mins minimum for the furthest.
So why choose Manchester United, a team thats over 400 miles away?
Someone in South London could (on a normal day) cross over to France quicker than you would take to get to Manchester by car. FACT.
Its kind of like asking a Christian to convert to Judaism just because the local synagogue is closer than the church.
No it isnt.
The whole point of supporting your local/nearest team is that that team represents your area. Theres no point of living in South Norwood and supporting Arsenal or Chelsea when you have Crystal Palace near you.
Why live in London and support a team in Salford (Yes Old Trafford isn't in Manchester) its pointless.
