I find it completely hypocritical that children can permissibly see people killing their fellow humans, but the second a breast pops out :o sound the alarm:o  Since when did the act of producing new life become more taboo than the act of ending it?bman784

The whole "omg a nipple" thing does get annoying sometimes, but I still don't think children should be exposed to sex until they are older.

Nudity isn't really sex though. Many nudist families raise children that aren't exposed to sex. My nipple isn't sexual, neither is a womans.

I'd marry a robot if it were artificially intelligent and became emotionally attached to it.

Because it's immoral and evil, and a womans breast shall NEVER be shown in public, they are inferior beings to us men and they must stay at home at night, and when in need to leave the house, must be accompanied by men. They must also serve their husbands in time of sex. However, it must be with the lights off because seeing a sex organ is immoral.

that last comment is of cause completely impossible to take serious, and is hideous in any possible way.

Since when the hell is a basic biological function a bad thing?

We're talking about kids here... I wouldn't want an eight year old to watch porn.

That's not important, I want to know why you associate sex with being a "bad thing" in any way.

Well both are natural. Mankind has been having wars and killing things for about as long as they've existed. The child needs to be talked to about how it is wrong. That doesn't mean that kids should go around hurting people but they are most likely going to be exposed to it unless you lock them in their house, home-school them, and never teach them about what is going on. Now we all know how sex is natural but it is important to explain to the child about what it is and when it is appropriate. That way, if they see sex they will handle it more maturely and not get messed up or be influenced to have sex.

Violence, people have such a stupid puritanical veiw on sex in America. Violence is fine, but nudity and sex is terrible and will scar kids for life. It is much easier to explain sex to a child than violence, try explaining to a kid why somebody in a movie why a terrorist or Jason is killing innocent people.

That could be true. I think if all diseases are cured they might be ready... I mean, disease is the only thing going against it(It doesn't have to be vaginal 8)). But defiantly not sheltered, that's just a disaster waiting to happen.

Honestly, I saw my first X rated film at 10 and I'm the least sexist person I know. I'm actually into pink shirts, I'm for men who cry, I'm for women construction workers, and I'm for not lying if I plan on having sex(I.E not say, "I love you" to get some, if it's for casual sex, I'd tell them, if it's for love, I'd tell them). Most people I know are misogynists... Apparently what pr0n should have done to me.

Exacly, nudity and sex isn't that bad, its the dumbass parents who hide it and make it seem like a big deal. Remember when that Janet jackson incident happened at the superbowl? Even though you barely saw anything, people freaked out and made it seem like something horrible. That reminds me of a Lewis black quote where he said "its more disturbing for a child to hear adults talking about how disturbing and shocking an exposed breast is, than it is for a child to actually see one." Maybe if parents actually talked to their kids and explained sex and nudity to them in a way they would understand, this wouldnt be a big issue. But parents would prefer the government to do the parenting for them because they are such crappy parents they don't know how to.

Why do they have to be exposed to either?LJS9502_basic

why shouldnt they be exposed to either is what I say.

I mean, I saw my first porno when I was like 12. My mom watched Aliens while she breastfed me, and I saw Halloween when I was like 8. I (as far as I can tell lol) grew up fine, albeit with a really sick sense of humor.

Its not exposing them thats the issue, its putting it into context.

Children should also remain away from violence untill they know what its about.

But i would rather expose them to niether.

Oh, it's by Kojima, the only English version was for the Sega CD. It's pretty cool, because Metal Gear Mk.II(Who is JUST like the one Otacon controls in MGS4) is a little robot navigator dude with a personality, I started to become really attached to him...

Both in equal measures. Drip feed your children it and educate them at the same time, especially if its a boy. Make a real man outa him, drink with him and make him go to the gym from an early age.

Dunno about little girls eh. Ask your ma.

Considering that sex is a natural and beautiful act (not pornographic sex but "real" sex) between consenting adults and violence is an unnatural and disgusting act I would much rather my children see and learn about sex than violence.

I'm going to make sure to give my children to sex-ed as early as I can.

I live in Texas. So, for here, sex is much worse for children than violence. Much worse. Yes, it is silly, but true. Texas + Republicans = yes to violence...no to sex.

Go to Europe, and violence is much worse to them than sex. It depends on where you live.
