I use to smoke. I smoked for about 5 monthes so maybe 100 cigs. in my whole life. I just hope my lungs recover from the damages i caused, i'm 20 now by the way going to be 21 soon. I don't really drink much anymore ever since i signed up for the gym. So which do you think is worse for you drinking or smoking? Drinking makes your liver work over time and doesn't allow your liver to break down what it needs to when it comes to nutrition, drinking lowers testosterone and makes you infertile. Alcohol goes into your blood and is sent to every tissue and organ it's like a poison. I won't even mention the effects of alcohol on behavior (drinking and driving, fights, unprotected sex, etc.) Smoking on the other hand increases your risk of heart disease and lung cancer. It contains over 60 chemicals in which 3 are proven poisonous. Alot also has to do with genetics....i know people who lived to 85 who smoked all their lives never been to the hospital. So which is worse?
