I know I have done these kinds of threads before, but I like sharing music so what can I say:P I like Andrew Bird the most.

They are solo artists, I dont think any of them come from bands. Except Ryan Adams, he was in a band called Whiskytown. Andrew Bird is a guitarist, violinist, and a whistler:D

M. Ward is my second choice after Andrew Bird. What did you think of Bird? His lyrics can be very weird but I think they are fantastic. Just look at these lyrics to his song Oh No:)

For some reason I never got into Iron Maiden, I tried a few times but I never liked them much.

I voted for M. Ward but I like Andrew Bird too. I'm not really a huge fan of the other three.

Also, I guess I'm just biased as a music nut, but I tend to view most of these as relatively well-known. Which is why many of these replies perplex me.
